CKP***/3

My claim just got rejected to incomplete and / false information. The letter has no detail of what specifically they thought was untrue or missing.

I had an accident coming back from a friends place on 2019-08-09. I explained to the call Centre what had happened. I was on London road on the right lane. Car in front of me suddenly stops. I switched lanes n as soon as I got to the left lane a taxi was stationery. I had to hit the breaks and stop immediately. There was a car behind me doing exactly as i was. But he was too close and couldn't stop in time. He hit me from behind. As the investigator came to me he started questioning me about the whole days activities. Mind you it has been a month since the accident happened and he expected me to remember everything on the spot. I went back to the tracking data to put up comments on what I was doing at different types. He kept telling me I need to own up if there is anything I am lying on. I kept telling him It was a stressful time and I cannot remember everything word for word.

The investigator treated me like a ******** in all the conversations (no intention of helping but prosecuting me). Everything he was investigating was based on my movements on the day than the actual accident. He requested to check City CCTV to check my movements and I agreed. He says my movement did not make sense to him. How is that a determinant on my claim? He even tried to make me agree that the car was used as a taxi. The third party suggested I ran away from the scene but the tow guy confirmed I was there. He is basing many of his reasons on something I forgot like how I got home after the accident. How this relevant on the claim? The accident has happened.

The accident was not my fault but that doesn't seem to matter on the claim. The conclusion I got here is that I am guilty and I should prove my innocence. I pay insurance to be covered on unforeseen problems like this.

I would like to see the CCTV footage that was gathered to confirm my movements. I would like to see the misunderstanding in my movements John Short felt he has. I would like to to see the missing information that he claims is missing on what I gave him.
