My claim was repudiated as a result of alleged worn rear tyres which I was not aware of. It's hard to fathom as the written off vehicle was the second one I had insured with King Price over the last 6 years. I thought King Price would at least take the longstanding relationship without a claim into consideration. Justice was seriously miscarried.

The legal issue is " Would the accident have occurred in spite of the alleged worn tyres?" I intend fighting this all the way to the Constitutional court if I have to . I am a postgraduate student at Wits Business School. I will take this matter on with everything I have. I am getting some inspiration to make the issue at hand the subject of my thesis. I will explore all the media and legal platforms in the pursuit of exposing King Price as a greedy enterprise with a dark corporate agenda.

I was informed of the repudiation at 14h00 today and, was instructed to return the courtesy car the same day at 17h00 and, as if that was not enough, I was told to collect my written off car from the junk yard within 7 days or face storage costs. How insensitive.

I nearly lost my life in the accident and all King Price cares about is the bottom line.

I am going to fight for justice with every inch of my being. King Price will settle the car and compensate me for pain and suffering.
