CKP***/2 Claim Rejected

I am highly disappointed with kingprice. My claim was rejected and the reason said was that I have provided incorrect information regarding my claim. I got involved in an accident on the 23 of December 2020 then the following I called kingprice to submit my claim, all was fine and then they appointed external assessor which was autobody to assess my claim and then problem starts when they got quotation from autobody they then started complaining that because the quotation was too much they have to investigate the accident and that was after 20days from the day of an accident, the assessor came to me and I provided everything that he requested and even took him to the accident scene but then he told me that the accident didn't happen there because there were no remains parts of my car in that area, mind you thats after 20 days and then he said he'll appoint the specialist to check my car to verify the accident and then the following week he called me and say they want to come and scan my car to check how I was driving that day and my braking system then I went and meet them, to my surprise when I went there they just took my car pictures and then after 2days my claim was rejected and when I asked the assessor why they rejected my claim and to send me report form their so called experts he blocked my calls and whatsap. I then sent an email to kings council to dispute the claim and they told me that they'll reply to me within 5 to 10days and up until now they haven't responded to me and when I try to call the claim department they tell me that they don't have contact of the kings council I must send them an email again and again with no response. I am warning all who want to join kingprice to be aware of them and don't mind those review that people are busy rating them based on the experience they get from kingprice while updating their policies, wait until the time to claim you'll see kingprice for who they truly are
