I recently visited Highway Pinetown to assess the progress on the repairs to my vehicle, which is currently in my possession. Unfortunately, I have found that the vehicle is far from roadworthy, and I am deeply concerned about the quality of the re • I can hear a persistent knocking noise from the bonnet, particularly from the area of impact, when driving. • Only one headlight functions, while the other switches off intermittently during driving. • The bottom lights lack bulbs and are not connected at all. • The side mirror has not been reinstalled, and I have been informed that I must wait until 6 January for this to be addressed.

I have mentioned this to KingPrice & the repairer. This situation is entirely unacceptable, and I am seriously reconsidering my continued relationship with KingPrice. Sadly, this level of service does not come as a surprise, as this is not the first time I have experienced such issues.
