I got an sms saying they are busy with my claim. When I contacted the assessor to ask how long does it take after the assessment he told me that they have remove my claim on his work bench and when he check he saw my claim has been rejected. I’m not contacted as yet to explain to me why.

19 Feb 2020, 18:04Thanks was contacted yesterday but no clear indication when are they going to conclude my claim its going to a month now and my I have to send back the rental car soon mind you the car is not in the workshop.
