These guys will never ever use OEM parts if you meet up in an accident and your vehicle needs repair.
I had accident parts needed to be changed by RH front wheel. Car had just gone out of maintenance and the reason they are giving for not using the OEM parts is that your car is no longer in maintenance.
I say wait, clever man, I then send these guys invoices from BMW where the car went in for maitenance check and most of those parts were brand new which they wanted to replace with pirated parts. 3 months ago I had installed OEM by BMW Control arm, Tension Strut, Tyrod, Spring sturt and Rack end. These parts had a warranty from BMW of 24 months and these clever guys want to use pirated parts with 12 months guarantee.
I simply asked to please at least use OEM parts the once I replaced recently but the answer I get is some idiotic rules and regulations.
I don't just own one car and my network is not just limited to 1 person. I know people and they trust me. I'm never letting anyone go to Kingprice for anything because of this nonesense I had to go through.
If you want to help my car is still not repaired, help me and don't call me to explain the situation. Just tell me we will use OEM parts for the once you had warranty. You guys can at least do this.

“Depending upon the circumstance of each case and in particular the age and condition of a car, there is, however, no reason why components made by outside component manufacturers should not be used where this can result in cost savings, provided that issues of safety or reliability are not compromised,” he said.
The use of second-hand parts, where appropriate, was also to be encouraged as a cost-saving measure, he added.
Martin stressed that no hard and fast rule could be laid down and that each case had to be assessed on its individual merit.
He appealed to members of the public to be reasonable and practical in their approach to the repair of accident damage by insurers, pointing out that the underlying purpose of insurance was one of indemnification and not enrichment.
“If premiums are to be kept at reasonable levels and increases in premiums within similar bounds, it is imperative that everything possible be done to keep repair costs down, but at the same time without compromising safety or quality standards,” Martin said.
However, “original factory supp**** components must be fitted whenever a critical component of the motor vehicle may be damaged or where the warranty or maintenance plan of a vehicle may be adversely affected by the fitting of other components,” Martin said.
A distinction was drawn between components made by reputable manufacturers which conformed to recognised safety or quality standards and those which may be classified as **** or unauthorised copies made by unspecified manufacturers, often in China.
In the modern world very few motor manufacturers make the components incorporated into their motor vehicles and a high percentage of these components are sourced from specialist component manufacturers, Martin said.''

Ignoring that I would like to rate Kingprice 4 starts for the speed and service offerings they got.
It's the second week of my accident and the car is already sitting at the repairer and there is a real-time link where I can continuously see the progress of the car. Not videos but the repairer takes pictures and uploads as he goes. This is a very good thing for enthusiastic people like me who wants to know every moment what's going on with my property. Very very satisfied with this service and your consultants who are helping me Sone Steenkamp is also a very good consultant.

Ignoring that I would like to rate Kingprice 4 starts for the speed and service offerings they got.
It's the second week of my accident and the car is already sitting at the repairer and there is a real-time link where I can continuously see the progress of the car. Not videos but the repairer takes pictures and uploads as he goes. This is a very good thing for enthusiastic people like me who wants to know every moment what's going on with my property.
