CKP looks like a ****ming company
It looks like they are very good at withdrawing the monthly premium, and very weird and bad at giving proper customer service when a claim arises. After more than 10 days, they keep on lying to me and telling me story after story. This is basically a ****ming company, and they have been contacting me upon referral to give me a better premium. Now I understand the dynamics behind that .....they will never take your claim seriously until you give up and look for a better option
