Morning I received a call from King price assessor on 30/08/2021 to collect the car which was at auto tech. On my arrival is than that I was told to pay excess of R7500 before the car could be released. To cut long short, I'm not satisfied about King Price service

As with all insurers the excess is the amount payable by the insured in the event of a valid claim. Claims has been in contact with you to discus same.
