Christopher Tembe came to my rescue after having waited almost a month for a response from King Price. It was already pass working hours and he stayed late to make sure I was assisted. He was polite, empathetic and cared that I was frustrated by the service I received. He issued my policy changes and provided me with the revised schedule while I was still on the call.
