Chris Bell giving good Service at King Price

Chris Bell gave really good service this morning where he persisted in phoning me again when he received no answer on his first phone call today. With that he spoke really professionally and I liked his energy. He managed to reduce my premium to a satisfactory amount leaving me with the experience that King Price hears their customers. His response was based on an email query I had sent, which impressed me more as some companies don't respond to email queries or they take very long to respond.
