Chip fixed turned to a crack

KingPrice doesn’t know how to do their job right. I had chips that needed to be fixed on my windscreen and after the fix the next morning, to my surprise the whole windscreen cracked i called the guy who fixed the chips and he came straight away to try and stop the crack, the next morning again, the crack was worse, i called the insurance and i was given a run around, they even have a nerve of sending me “rate experience” email when my issue is still not fixed.
