Its unbelievable, I had a long chart with Michael were we had disagreements with regards to emergency travel. I took offer based on condition that, I no longer travel a lot due to covid-19. the plan when it was sold to me, met my requirements- as it was stated that if you are having emergency to travel some kilometer outside the agreed plan limits- they will waive and charge the agreed premium. Hey, that was catchy imagine comprehensive on such leniency. I've jumped and took the plan. Latter Michael called me to say, we are going to charge the mileage you traveled, ohh, something went wrong here. then I told him to cancel as it's not what we agreed upon. So, now my surprise Sybrand Pelser called today 03/09/2020. he confirmed that, they wont charge for emergency travel but they will monitor if you do it regularly and they will penalized if so. this came as a relief as the premium is reasonable and affordable. Thank you Sybrand for clarifying the condition. I'm now going to cancel the one 've reinstated. You deserve the best. Thank you. I was going to cancel and reverse my debit based on such condition because there was no transparency. Appreciated for the Clarity- you are chilli King price indeed. Thank YOOOUUU.
