Chilli Policy

Chilli Policy : Since the principle here is to save by driving less, the current situation of paying around R300 for 100km or R1100 for 500km, seems unfair in the following scenario. If someone drives, say 101km, they pay around R700 for that 1 km extra. I would rather suggest that the charges are calculated per km travelled. As an example, it could be like R 3 per km for the first 100km and R2,50 per km , for the next 400km, giving a total of 500km. This might encourage more, the concept of one paying according to distance covered, and not to have 100km covered for by R300 and 1 km, as in the 101km situation costing some R700.
