What a wonderful experience. I bought a new Honda CRV and she handled my upgrade with competence and efficiency. A far cry from the first consultant I spoke to supposedly a \supervisor\" he could not even find the model of vehicle I wanted to add to my policy. AND he said he would find out & call me back \"in 5 minutes\" after an hour of waiting I had heard nothing from him. Useless and totally inefficient. They should fire him and give his salary to Leanne who does a proper job!<br> Well done Leanne!"
