Cheated out of car hire

I have Kingprice insurance since December 2021, which includes car hire. I also have copy of the recording which verifies that car was included. My annual automatic policy renewals since then, state "car hire excluded", despite an increase in instalments. Numerous emails and calls to Kingprice has not resolved the matter. They have requested that I add on car hire at an extra cost. However, this was included in my initial policy and was taken into account on annual increments. Would not recommend this company that cannot uphold their own policy issued to me. *******!
