Cheaper premium = No service.
cellphone claim logged 9th Jan. claim finalised after 12 working days. CELLPHONE CLAIM 12 DAYS!!!!!!with no feedback as i had to constantly follow up. Claim wrapped up 24 Jan. Once again I had to call to follow up. 3 days later after being told a service provider will be in contact to arrange for replacement of the device. Once again, no contact. And I am expected to trust such with my short term insurance.il Pass. please arrange for someone to call me regarding cancellation. I can’t take this abuse anymore. Cheaper premium = No service.
