Cheap isn't necessarily better....you get what you pay for!

Cheap is not always better! The true colours of an insurance company emerge when you submit a claim. And our was submitted over 2 weeks ago and still no word from the supposed King. We experienced a freak storm with gale force winds that blew our fence and retaining wall over. Submitted the claim on the same day, builder accessed the damage and now 'waiting on management' is what we are told. Disappointing really.
