Cheap insurer cheap service

Had the worst experience claiming from this insurer,firstly it took a month to approve my claim although we rushed to submit all the relevant documents,next they gave my car to a panelbeater that's a **** who took 2 months to fix my car, only to find out he ordered the parts necessary on the wrong claim number and if we didn't continuously badger them the mistake would have never been noted. We requested our vehicle back and to be repaired by someone who we trust to do a good job as this was not our first claim. But unfortunately our request went unfulfilled,and we continued and here we are today. Than we given a useless claims person who is suppose to be an intermediate person between us and the panelbeater but doesn't know anything about cars and repairs. When i finally received my car from the panelbeater after 2&half months there are scratches and and paint chips that were not there prior to my vehicle been repaired. We reported this to the insurer the next day and now it's 2 weeks later and we still waiting for this matter to be resolved. I called again today and was promised feedback before 12 today and I'm still waiting.
