Cheap Insurance.... Think twice?
There is a reason why insurance is cheap, when it comes to paying out for claims, they look for reasons not too! I took King Price a week to advise me that they will not pay my claim... lesson learned !!!

Got a phone call from the claims department explaining details...
Basically my claim got rejected, and I must except it....
So now my Volvo (which is the car I claimed for) has been removed from the policy by KP and household goods and other two cars re-assessed to comply and to insure that no future problems will occur should a claim arise.
Better said than done!
After speaking to a consultant yesterday to remove my Volvo and re-asses my risk for the other cars and household contents we came to an agreement that all previous claims are now recorded as it should be. Minutes later I get my new Policy Schedule and I start to go through it, to find out that out of the 10 pages only two pages have the correct information on them, KP can't spell my surname, no hail cover.... the list go on and on. This morning the debit order goes off (remember the Volvo was removed) on my account and guess what, R456 ... more than what was agree yesterday, this is not the first time things have gone wrong. This morning I called KP, discussed the repayment, which will only happen hopefully on Monday, experience have shown 30 days. I also discussed revising the Policy Schedule, which after 3 more attempts they almost got it right. I am now waiting for draft no 5 and still the policy is completely incorrect. Did I do this in March 2017 when I started with KP, then maybe my claim would not have been rejected, never the less I just found out that the telephonic discussion yesterday to finalise the previous claims, which they say they did not have, it has been recorded wrong on my policy on there system, so I am back at square one.... in stead of reviewing the discussion from yesterday recording, concerning the agreed claims, dates... I was told to put all claims on a email so that KP can record them.... WHEN WILL THIS NIGHMARE END????
Claims Department, do me a favour, review the records from yesterday and today and then trace back calls made by me from March 2017 and emails send after I joint KP, reflecting problems with my Policy Schedule also inspections at glass fit which disappeared... KP is as much at fault as what they make me out to be, actually KP price makes me out to be a *****, when there Policy Schedules are are not up to date, and information recorded inaccurate.
