Charging monthly premium when I'm not a member!

I was given a quote from King Price, and I said no to it because it was too expensive. An agent was supposed to call me back with a better offer but never did. I now found myself a member of King Price without consenting verbally or in writing to this (in fact I clearly said NO to the quote), and have been charged a once off admin fee and the first monthly premium. This is ***** and I expect it to be fixed immediately.
