Charged for insurance that was cancelled
Staring September 2015 i decided to get a quote for king price insurance, while i still had insurance from outsurance. Outsurance made me a better offer on my current premium with them. After speaking to the sales representive and the sales manager, i informed them not to start my insurance premium with king price on the 1st of October. An e-mail was also sent to king price customer care informing them not to start insurance on the 1st of October, as i'm still with outsurance. My premium has been deducted from my account, and I want it refunded as soon as possible because im still with outsurance.
