Change of ownership not done when my car was autioned

I was involved in a car accident of which later i somehow lost the case and my car was auctioned at SMD (August 2022). Since my car had been auctioned by SMD and King Price i am currently struggling to renew my other vehicles license disc as my previous car still reflects under my name at traffic department.

I have called King Price 1st week of July inorder to assist with this matter as i will not renew a license **** that is not owned by me and with the knowledge it was sold at an auction last year (August 2022)

I have called king Price insurance numerous times as currently i can not use my cars due to expired license disc. This has led to me failing to complete my work activities as i mostly rely on friends to borrow me their cars when doing business errands.

I had to cancel family vacation due to expired license disc.

Kindly can i be assisted as King Price is failing to assist.

Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide. You will need to contact SMD directly to discuss this with them, your concerns have been sent to management in our claims department to contact SMD.

Thanks for the reply and m happy to hear that my concerns have been sent to management and to contact SMD. I never had any kind of relationship with SMD and King Price was my insurer at the time i hoped they will would have catered me as their one of their customer to satisfaction.
