Cellphone insurance

I have my phone insuranced with Kingprice for 18k and now it got lost and they telling me they will replace it with the discounted price they get from the supplier , which after is R13100 before the excess fee , this is the second claim i have have and the previous device was paid out the full amount i have insured it with. I want my money from them because this is a ****.
