Cell phone claim dispute.
I have a pending claim for my cell phone valued at R13999.00 of which I am insured for. However the insurer now want to pay me out only R10000. I had a policy review about about 2 weeks ago and the consultant did not inform me of these changes and how the value of my cell phone has dropped value. I am not happy with this at all and want the full value of my insurance.
