Cecilia Ncwane was the bubbly person on the other end of my call at 19h40 on a Sunday night. We were stranded 80km outside of Bloem with a flat Tyre and a spare that wouldn't fit. Cecilia organized a tow truck and followed up with me until they arrived. She went above and beyond and suggested we find accommodation for the night in Bloemfontein and advised me of what the process would be in the morning. I am blown away by the service received.
