Carinsurance
Good day
i feel Car insurances are really a money making schemes that *****s clients money in a way, it is only in the day you want to claim that you will really get to know that are just ****s.
I bought a fairly used car in December, covered by king price insurance , had been in an accident the 23March2018 , coming from work. made a claim.
They did all investigation and contacted all the people to investigate if what i had reported is true ,once they had seen that there was no excuse they must pay off the car, they now went to the car again, the car they had assessed before to be written off, and they did not find any fault. Now they say one of my tires was not in a good condition ,they now reject the claim? On which basis should i believe that they did not change one of the tires in order to reject the claim? Is not even possible what they are saying, if indeed a had a faulty tire , this car before they could come and take it to their storage, it was in another storage for a week, you mean we would have not changed it? I cannot believe what type of Comprehensive cover is this kind? Is this not *****ing? Really there must be an intervention to make sure that people are really paying what will in turn assist them in the day of crisis.
If they say they do not cover an road unworthy vehicle they should state in details in the policy in which terms and condition. I feel ****** by king price insurance.Today because my car is written off and claim is rejected is quick and fast to cancel my insurance but when i had called and wanted to cancel and switch to a better insurance they convinced me to stay and this is how they throw me out and knowing the condtion i am in cause of the accident,i must come and pick the car within 7days. This is the worst i had never experienced.
