Cara A Greter is amazing

I had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with a lady named Cara A Greter, she was prompt and very informative...it’s been a really tough month where I got retrenched and every service provider I dealt with was just so impersonal but she was a breath of fresh air...she talked to me and not the number on her system, she was kind and we laughed and I really didn’t even worry about the airtime I’m spending on the call because it was really awesome speaking to such a wonderful and caring soul.
