Car written off but settlement not done

MVA on 7 Sept, vehicle assessed on 9 Sept. I battled to get through to my claims officer, Ramona. Left numerous messages and was informed a write off result will take 3 weeks, a vehicle repair will take longer. I kept calling the claims department but Ramona was off for the week of 21 Sept and I was contacted via the claims manager Lynette, who informed me that the claims department were receiving a high volume of calls and that the assessment had not been finalized yet. My installment went of On the 1 Oct, I got through to Ramona, who gave me the awful news that my car was written off and she sent me the account settlement letter from the banking house dated the 16 Sept for the account settlement amount and explained to me that the account would be settled with the banking house. I was upset as my vehicle is 2.5 yrs old and I'm without transport, she then proceeded to explain the 'buy back' option as well as that I could collect my vehicle and have it repaired privately on my own onus. Since then I've heard nothing from anyone at King Price, I just phoned now and was told that Ramona has not requested payment be made to the banking house. Please just settle my claim and eft asap.
