CAR WARRANTY NOT SO WARRANTABLE

I'm not satisfied with King Price's decision to decline my claim.

I do not see why a power steering pump would not be covered under my Car Warranty policy without giving me a full explanation thereof. Furthermore, I would appreciate to be enlightened; where is the power steering pump located and how/where it is connected, for it to do its function.
