Car that is now a write off after being with the insurance for a month

When an insurance company robs you for 4 years and then says that because there was no fire wrapping on the car that's why it caught fire and when we sent the pictures of the fire wrap being on the car they declined again to say that because the fire wrap was on that's why it caught fire misleading information. They drop the car off and they messed the whole car up used a fork lift to move the car now our car is a write off after they had the car for a whole month. I have never experienced such customer service after sending the proof they said they still need to investigate spending over 10 hours on the phone to get this sorted and they still don't want to pay you your money. This has been the most stressful and emotional draining experience that I have done we have spent over R58000 with this company and they don't want to pay what is owed they make excuses as to why they don't want to pay you how can you insure your car and get the car back where it is now irreparable
