Car still not being repaired - Close to two weeks
I was involve in a car accident on the 29 January 2016, reported to case at Police Station on the 30 January 2016 and reported the accident to them on the 01st , and was send to the assessor on 03 February 2016 and have had nothing from them but each and every time when I try to follow up the claims to find out when the car is going in for repairs I don't get hold of the individiual who have been assigned to attend to my claim and my car is not in a good state.
