Car not properly fixed

I took my car to be fixed by my insurance King price and the car was not properly fixed in fact what was done for the whole month I can't really tell you what it is.I lodged a complaint with my insurer which up to this day I'm still waiting for feedback and using the car which is putting me in danger everyday.They still expect me to pay them after the service I got from them as my insu rare. Is this kind of service they are giving all their clients if so they better close down.Feedback it's important right now I dnt know if they will fix my car or not.
