Car Insurance claim
Worst experience ever, not insurance to rely on. looking for any thing to use for rejecting the claim. Took 2 months to process the claim, no go area for King price if not ready and prepared to take them on.
There is this Dirk C Human, very disrespectful, unprofessional and dishonest. When i ask about the progress, he will literally lie. I lodged a complain with the complains department and nothing happened till to date.
This a ****, be ready to taken them to the Ombudsman or legal representative.

The claim was paid after fighting and involving my legal team, thus the issues here are unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful and delaying tactics by King price, leading to even question whether the value paid is even correct. i used King price for my years but it was unacceptable to be treated like a ********!!!
