car insurance

I have been with the insurance for may years without claim so my son stole the car and drove it into the wall inside my own yard and damage it. The insurance refuse to pay the claim under the following reasons.

1. My access is 10% of the value of the car of which I never heard such a thing in my life because other insurances are offering small access when they negotiate, so I requested the call recording as stipulated that are available within 7 days still they never send them until now and is over a month. 2. They told my son drove it without license while he took it without my permission. 3. So car assessment and access is +/- R17000 so they cannot pay the claim because the damages cost +/- 11000.

I managed to fix my car with estimated cost of +/- R20000 and the same Month they deducted Monthly premium of R750 premium for the damage car.

The attitude of their consultants is very poor
