Car damage while in storage after claim submission

I submitted a claim of a damaged tyre due to a pothole, my car was towed and stored somewhere and suprise i receive a call and pictures that there was an accident were my car was stored, my door and fender is deeply cut in half and what makes me angry is that Kind Price is not even bothered to contact me regarding this, after they kept my car for more than 10 days just to repair the rim and tyre, instead now there is more damage to the car
