car claim

I had a car accident on the 17th of February , Today King price insurance called me and asked me irrelevant questions , asked for my pay slips which I consider confidential and not relevant for the accident and car trek log in details .They have not even obtained the accident report form the police station , they have not called the person who caused the accident. I had to pay R2500 for the courtesy car which I ended up cancelling. All this is causing so much stress as I use the car to go to work . I would not recommend this insurance to anyone . bad service
