Car Claim

Good day,

I want to inform you of how bad the service at King Price is. Our car was ****** over a month ago the claim has still not been sorted out. In the meantime, we pay for the insurance each month and the car finance. Mr Charles our "musketeer" rep**** to our emails days after we sent it. The updates are the same like we are going nowhere slowly. The signup process was a breeze but the claim process seriously needs attention in order for it to be completed sooner and not give your customers sleepless nights.

My Husband in the meantime is without a car. I have to drive him to work every morning, he has just been promoted and no longer works on my route to work. Do you know what happens if he loses his job? You will lose a Customer as he will not have an income to pay for any type of insurance. Get your act together and get the ball rolling with this claim, the service is pathetic.
