Car broke down next to the road today
Car broke down next to the road today. Had immediate, helpful assistance from the call centre agent, Bella Masekela. Waited about 18 minutes till the towing truck arrived!! They were VERY QUICK and professional. Call centre followed up numerous times. Upon first call, they made sure I was safe, asking if I’m in a dangerous area. Also received excellent service after the process was completed!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thank you King Price and Bella Masekela for the great service and keeping me calm!!
