Car broke down during lock-down, had to get towed, no problems
Having my car towed was easy and painless. No problems, it all happened within the space of an hour, no need for admin or anything beyond that. Could help if they can conduct this sort of thing via email instead of via phone calls as we are no longer in the 1800s, but other than that no complaints.
