Car being used,scratched and not fixed properly

I just wanted to express my disappointment about my car repairs,I’ve been discovering the paint being uneven on other parts of the car that were not being repaired,this is on top of everything that I previously communicated,and my email was ignored

I do not trust my car being insured by King Price anymore,the access is lower that most insurance companies but the quality of the repairs is disappointing, first it was Savannah Coach Works, I went back 5 times to fix the mess that they made,till this day,I have to take my car to a reputable car repair workshop,and pay out of my pocket to fix the mess that Savannah Coach Works.

Now it’s this Issue with Senior Motors Accident Repair,It’s been weeks and no one is attending to this issue. I noticed 2 scratches,the right window of the driver has small particles, that can’t be removed with a cloth,it looks like paint particles,the fuel decreased and the KMs increased,if they were only fixing my door,why did my car get driven outside the workshop?.The second scratch is at the back of the car on the left side. Martin from Senior Motors Accident Repair was connected to my Bluetooth,the radio station was changed to an Afrikaans radio station.It was clear that my car was being used.I’m not happy at all.

Please note that I am in search of a better insurance company and I am very disappointed and I will be giving a bad rating and posting on all platforms about my experience with King Price.
