Car accident claim rejected as a third party.

I have been involved in an accident with the king price insurance client on the 28th July 2020 until today my car is still damaged. I was approaching two green light robots meaning those robots was opened for me to pass and I was in a straight road and their client came from the left and enter the red light robot and the robot was closed for him now, the insurance sound like the robot closed while their client are already in the middle of the robot. Their client agreed and belief that he was wrong and mistakenly entered the red light robot. I called the insurance and they sent me a claim form to completed it and asked me to submit all documents and there quotations. I send everything to them and after that they sent me a letter saying that they rejected my claim because I was neglected in my driving because I was supposed to be careful while I am driving especially when I reached the intersection I should observe first before I pass the green light robots and I am the one who must I pay them R3000 now because they don't do that there is no need to pay them . To tell you the truth that eccident affected me and my family mentally, psychologically and emotionally and financially as I had to pop out money from my pocket so that I can go to work and my children to go to school in the other hand I had to pay quotations as a third party with the money I didn't budget for it.
