Car accident claim rejected
The service was very bad from day one, They rejected my car accident claim based on the fact that I didn’t allow them with access to my call records, which was in contravention to my privacy, the person that was allocated to my claim kept on harassing me and my loved ones when requesting the information, abused me emotionally and kept on saying invalid things to provoke my emotions.
Very unprofessional and at first I had to fight with them so they can pay for the towing fees.King Price is the worst insurance, I wouldn’t advice anyone to join it.

29 Apr 2021, 06:12I want you to acccount and do the write thing, I’m tired of your endless processes that won’t even help me, so you guys just reject our claims because you know we can go through the grievance process? And I’ve heard rumours that blacks don’t stand a chance on the claims even if it’s a valid claim, izit because if I’m black? Investigating my private life more than the claim itself, now the person who was handling my claim has never even contacted the police who was at the scene but spoke to the most irrelevant people. Worst and ********** insurance. Offering people their premiums back at the time of need an frustrations, you should change your motive to that. When you guys feel you gonna loose by the payout you start finding reasons to reject the claim.
