Car Accident Claim

A most unfortunate incident left me with minor damage to my car.

The car is insured by King Price and I then phoned and asked what needs to be done to claim. The staff was very helpful and followed up on the requests and the claims on a regular basis.

I had some minor problems with the Panel beaters and then phoned King Price again whom sorted out the problem immediately and thereafter there was no more problems from the Panel beaters. In fact, they drove to my house to explain some new features that was installed in the car that I did not know how that works.

I was never feeling as if I have no idea what is going on because both the Panel beaters and King Price kept me up to date with the progress on my vehicle. The Panel Beaters did not start the job unless they had received all the parts to fix the car.

So to King Price and their staff - Well done!!!

As you can see from this message, not only did they give me a good service, they also made sure that the Panel beaters that they used will give me the best of ongoing service. I want also to express my gratitude to the Panel Beaters that did a very good job on the car.
