Car accident

King Price are not loyal to their clients , I submitted a claim on the 20th ,I spoke with one lady at claims department and she promised me that my claim will be concluded between 7 to 10 days and still no answer . Firstly I didn't like how she asked the question during my claim , I explained to her that i was on my way to work when the other guy car collided with me on my passenger side , I had the right of way number one and the guy is coming from the yellow line . Her second question was did you have beer inside your car? Come on who drinks a beer around 7am and still go to work ? Some questions are not fair to clients at all .I never had accident before and i have being using King Price for the last 5years but this is not right .
