Car accident 18/05/2024

Got an accident on the 18th of May 2024, accident description is as follows:a white quantum registration no.CAA 540022 ,driver's name Isaac's Mogamat Abdurgmaan ID no.*** bumped my car at the robots while I was waiting for the robots to open green. My car description is white cherry pro4 CAA 420 537.I submitted my claim to King Price car insurance , with the A/R no.from police , my insurance company advice me not to take any payments that comes from the guy who bumped me ,my car was assessed by auto magic for repairs paid R6500 excess. NOW,my concern is when is the third party paying me back my excess I paid ,of which the third party is the one who supposedly to pay the excess ,and king price does not inform me of their follow up.All the driver's legal documents I submitted to King Price because the driver didn't denied his fault ingrown of the police.Where is the delay to pay back my excess payment.Please help .
