Can't get a hold of them...
Why do I always have to log a complaint first before my insurer phones me? I tried getting a hold of KP for the last 3 days and requested 2 call back and still nothing... Can't get a hold of you guys. I only wanted to do a simple review and update on my policy. But after this service I'm considering cancelling.
