Can't find an address which can be found on google maps

Imagine not being able to take house insurance with a company because you can't agree on the address. Addresses are important information in an application. You can literally google the address and you can see it including the postcode. I ask king price to use the post code and get told they don't work on postcodes. Honestly, how are you running an insurance company. Plus I an an existing customer.
