CANNOT GET THROUGH TO CALL CENTRE
whats the point of having a super cheap insurance premium when you cannot get through to your call centre ?
my cell phone was ****** on the 11/11, I have called your call centre numerous times to report the theft. your clines are continually engaged . I have sent emails as well, with no response .
if I had been involved in a vehicle accident and needed urgent assistance, what would I have done ?
truly shocking service. I'm utterly appalled
