Cancelling a policy is a nightmare
I want to cancel my cover with King Price effective 1 December 2015. The reason for cancellation is that I am not happy with the service that I received during my recent claim. It has been a fight and I've had enough. Kobus from cancellations refuses to cancel my policy unless I discuss in detail with him the grievances that I have with King Price. I am not prepared to discuss this any further with anybody from King Price. I am under no obligation to discuss anything with anybody and I can't believe that you would hold a client to ransom by refusing to honour their wishes by forcing them to discuss their feelings with you first. Unbelievable.<br> Please do not phone me to discuss this. Confirm via email that you will cancel my policy effective from 01 December 2015.
