Cancelled policy still being deducted!!
Kingprice supposedly cancelled my policy after I brought it up on Hello Peter last month. They had NOT cancelled my policy at my request the month prior.
Now I see ANOTHER payment going off my account. Are they taking the ****? or have they got a useless accounts department.
Unless the last two months payments are not refunded and the policy officially cancelled I am for sure going to report this. This is in violation of the consumer protection act!

We note the policy was cancelled in September and a refund was processed on the 27th of September into the policy holder account. Our retentions department will email you to further inquire as to your complaint as no further debits where taken since then.
